All function bookings will only be confirmed once The Lake Jindabyne Hotel receives a deposit. Tentative bookings will be held for 14 days, after which the date will be released.
Upon confirmation of your function we require a deposit equal to 10% of the tentative numbers booked, along with signed terms and conditions. Payment of food is required four working days prior to your function on the basis of minimum confirmed numbers. Additional charges incurred at the function shall be payable at the completion of the event. Cheques should be payable to The Lake Jindabyne Hotel. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
To ensure maximum efficiency, we require final minimum guest numbers five working days prior to the event. These numbers may then only increase leading up to the function date.
Where an event is cancelled without reasonable notice the total amount of the deposit will be forfeited.
Public Holidays 10% surcharge of total event cost
Extension of function hours As per management's discretion, and in lines with the license requirements.
Additional venue hire and labour charges may be applicable. Additional surcharges are applicable for functions after midnight.
Charges are based on a per person basis
All menus are based upon a selection of two meals from each course.
Depending on the style and location of the function there may be a Room Hire charge.
Security Policy and Charges
Security officers must be present at some functions. As a guide, functions below 150 guests require one security guard. Functions over this amount require two. Security is charged on a per hour basis.
The Lake Jindabyne Hotel practices responsible service of alcohol. Therefore we will refuse service to patrons reaching intoxication and they will be asked to leave.
